Women’s Power Play Goddess Workshop

Empower your self at this time of  Spring Equinox

Saturday 13th March 2010

This workshop will explore all aspects of female power and the how it affects all aspects of our lives from business, to relationships to how we appear in the world, love and friendships. What happens when we have too much passion (power)? How do other people respond and react around that, are they jealous, angry, how does this make us feel? How do we work with our power in a positive way so that is doesn’t affect or harm others. What happens when we are on the receiving end of someone else’s venom. We will explore this and more working with the Goddess Archetype Sekhmet The Egyptian Lion mother and Bast the Cat Goddess.

 We will participate in a sacred healing power ceremony where during your journey deep wounds around being powerful will be healed and you will be shown how to strengthen it so you can work with it in your daily life by making a talisman.

Throughout the day we will explore fun ways to develop and strengthen your inner self. How this can be increased and how you can transform your life by connecting to your inner fire. During the day we will work with breathing exercises, yoga, dance movements, meditations, ceremonial work and group discussions

To help each participant to identify with their feminine archetype.
Please bring with you a journal for writing and something that
Symbolizes your connection to your Goddess and a crystal if you have one.

Introducing Private one to one Meditation Tuition

Learn how to meditate and find inner peace and healing. This session is designed to help you through your own process of understanding and learning how to meditate and connect. With this personalised tuition I will help you to create an environment that will be beneficial and enlightening for you. You will learn how to quiet the mind, specific breathing exercises and gentle qi gong exercises to release the stress of the day. You will be guided through a meditation that will help you to find your life purpose or connect with your spirit guide or guardian angel, what ever it is that you wish to connect with this session will help you to do that.
