What is Reiki?

Reiki can be defined as a universal life force energy. Reiki, the Usui system of natural healing is not only the most simple and natural healing method we know of, but it is also the most effective way of transferring this life force energy.  Once a person has been opened up to become a channel of reiki, concentrated life energy will flow through their hands of its own accord and they will retain this ability for the rest of their lives.

Reiki is a method, of transferring universal life giving energy, for the harmony of the body, mind and soul.  In essence reiki is love ‘a living ocean of energy’ that guides itself with its own wisdom and automatically flows to heal wherever it is required.  It addresses both the cause and effect of illness.  It is also useful as a took for self awareness, self transformation and for releasing many unwanted issues from the past.  Reiki is a powerful self healing method that also promotes complete reaction.  Rei means “Universal” and Ki means “Life force”.  Ki is the non physical energy used by all healers.  It is all around us and can be accumulated and guided by the mind.  

Reiki is a non physical energy that animates all living things.  As long as something is alive it has a life force circulating through it and surrounding it.  When it dies the life force departs.  If your life force is low or if there is a restriction in its flow you will more vulnerable to illness. When it is high and flowing freely, you are less likely to get sick.  Life force plays an important role in everything we do.  It animates the body and is also the primary energy of our emotions, thoughts and spiritual life.

Reiki Level One Degree


This is a one day workshop that opens you up to receiving Reiki universal energy. Once the channel is open it is with you for the rest of your life.
Reiki introduces you to a whole new way of becoming whole and fulfilled through a daily practice of channeling universal energy to yourself.

Level one is focused on healing yourself and helps to release any blockages in your body and your life. It will increase your levels of life force so you will feel more energised and relaxed after the day.

You will receive four initiations on the day, meditation and an introduction to the Chakras, with a full Manua outlining all the hand positions  including a background to the history of Reiki, where it came from and what it is all about.

The workshop starts at 10.30am and finishes at 5.30pm.

A full vegetarian lunch is included, please wear loose comfortable clothing so you can be relaxed as possible on the day.

The full day workshop costs £120. A £50 deposit will confirm your place.

Reiki Level 2 Degree

The Second Degree is an day of empowerment where all that you have learnt and practiced is taken to the next level. You will also be able to become a Practicioner with this Degree. Your mind, body and emotions will benefit greatly as you are taken through another series of twenty one days of cleansing and self healing.

You will receive 3 Initiations on the day, meditation, an introduction to Distance Healing, affirmations, and understanding of the emotional and mental roots of disease. A complete manual will be provided to you which will help you with your professional practice.

The workshop starts at 10.30am and finishes at 4.30pm.

A full vegetarian lunch is included, please wear loose comfortable clothing so you can be relaxed as possible on the day.

Reiki Master Level 3

The Reiki Master Level 3 Initiation is very transformational and brings in your power and is also of great benefit to your mind and body and can expand your life purpose bringing  in empowering life changes.  The training will take place over one day where you will receive the Master initiation on all levels yourself and be completely immersed in the energy of Reiki. The day will consist of meditation, the Initiation and reflection on where you have been on your healing journey. Through out the day we will look at different ways of practising self mastery in your daily life.

A light vegetarian lunch will be included,  as well as light refreshments on the day. Please wear loose comfortable clothing, so you can be as relaxed as possible on the day.

Following the Master Initiation is another 21 day healing journey that will assist you in balancing your chakras and putting you in touch with the energy of the universe. This energy will help increase your energy levels and cleanse your chakras so you will be a much stronger channel of healing for yourself and for others.

Reiki Master's Teacher Training Retreat Program

Becoming a Reiki Master will transform your life as you begin the journey of Self mastery. During this four day course you will receive the Reiki Master Attunement which will help you to get in touch with who you really are, taking your practice to the next level. You will receive attunements each day, deepening your connection to the universal source. You will learn how to give initiations which will enable you to teach Reiki Level One and Two if you choose to. This course will help you to understand your life's journey and assist you to be open to discovering your purpose.

During the Four Days You Will:-

-Increase your energy levels and ability to receive,

-Practice Daily Meditations and Qi Gong Breathing and exercises,

-Be guided on special walks of the land around Glastonbury,

-Have time for personal growth and development

-Receive a complete Manual of Teachings of Level One and Two

Retreat

The Retreat will take place at the Chalice Well Gardens in Glastonbury. Breakfast and lunch will be included. Dates are subject to availability. Accomodation is either single, double or twin share and not included in the price.

Cost

The Retreat costs £480 for the four day training. The training will start from 10am-4pm each day. A deposit of £180 will confirm your place on the course. Each participant must have a Level Two Reiki Certificate, and feel competent in their practice. 

Distance Healing

Distance Healing means healing without bodily contact. Distance healing is very useful for someone requiring treatment who is in hospital or living far away in a different town or country. It can be transferred to anyone on earth. This method can be immediately put to use once the treatment has been requested by letter, email or over the phone. Once the arrangement has been made to treat the person with distance healing, it is important that a time is arranged so the recipient should preferably not be active during the arranged time, but should sit, or better still lie down. 

It is very important to supply the full name of the person that requires the healing and a characteristic photograph of the person will be necessary before commencement of the treatment. However, in urgent cases we have been able to successfully carry out treatment with nothing more than the general description of the person involved.

A series of treatments consists of a cycle of 21 days which provides the person with a consistent healing period. Three months of distance healing is highly recommended for anyone who is suffering from a major illness, in hospital, has a serious blood disorder or is recovering from an operation.

The results of distance healing are in no way inferior to those attained by the direct method. Payment can be made by cheque/postal order/ bank transfer and is requried at the commencement of the treatment. The cost is £60 for each 21 day cycle.

We are alive in this world because energy or life force is flowing through us. Life force flows within the physical body and covers each part of the body through pathways called chakras, meridians and nadis. It also flows around us in a field of energy called the aura. Life force nourishes the organs and cells of the body and act as a protective shield, supporting them in their vital functions. When this flow of life force is disrupted, it causes improper functionality in one or more of the organs and tissues of the physical body.The life force is responsive to thoughts and feelings. It becomes disrupted when we accept either consciously or unconsiously, negative thoughts or feelings about ourselves. These negative thoughts and feelings attach themselves to the energy field and cause a disruption in the flow of life force. This diminishes the vital function of the organs and cells of the physical body.Reiki heals by flowing through the affected parts of the energy field in and around the physical body where the negative thoughts and feelings are attached. This causes the negative energy to break apart and fall away. In so doing Reiki clears, straightens and heals the energy pathways, thus allowing the life force to flow in a healthy and natural way.                 

Women’s Power Play Goddess Workshop

Empower your self at this time of  Spring Equinox

This workshop will explore all aspects of female power and the how it affects all aspects of our lives from business, to relationships to how we appear in the world, love and friendships. What happens when we have too much passion (power)? How do other people respond and react around that, are they jealous, angry, how does this make us feel? How do we work with our power in a positive way so that is doesn’t affect or harm others. What happens when we are on the receiving end of someone else’s venom. We will explore this and more working with the Goddess Archetype Sekhmet The Egyptian Lion mother and Bast the Cat Goddess.

 We will participate in a sacred healing power ceremony where during your journey deep wounds around being powerful will be healed and you will be shown how to strengthen it so you can work with it in your daily life by making a talisman.

Throughout the day we will explore fun ways to develop and strengthen your inner self. How this can be increased and how you can transform your life by connecting to your inner fire. During the day we will work with breathing exercises, yoga, dance movements, meditations, ceremonial work and group discussions

To help each participant to identify with their feminine archetype.
Please bring with you a journal for writing and something that
Symbolizes your connection to your Goddess and a crystal if you have one.

Creating Female Magic

Tap Into your Female Power and Develop your Intuitive Abilities

This workshop will explore all aspects of creating female passion and fire, so you can connect to your won personal magic that will keep you inspired and feeling alive. We will look at how to recharge your energies. I will take you on a journey to the Temple of Isis where you will meet your guardian to your personal power and discover your own connection to the Goddess Isis and how to strengthen it so you can feel her in your daily life.

Throughout the day we will explore ways to develop your intuitive abilities, How this can be increased and how you can transform your life by connecting to your inner wisdom. Then taking ir further we will look at how to open your third eye, to see visions of your divine female magician so you can tap into your female power.

The day will consist of meditations, ceremonial work and group discussions.

Please bring with you a journal for writing and something that symbolizes your connection to your Goddess and a clear quartz crystal.
